- Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Depart early from Fes and travel through Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary apes. Cross the Middle Atlas Mountains with a lunch stop in Midelt, then continue through the scenic Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga by sunset. Overnight in a desert riad near the dunes.
- Day 2: Merzouga Desert – Exploration & Camel Trek
Discover Merzouga and its surroundings, including visits to nomad families and the village of Khamlia, famous for its Gnawa music. In the afternoon, enjoy a camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset, followed by dinner, music, and overnight in a traditional desert camp.
- Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Midelt – Fes
